The Indians showed by bringing up Giovanny Urshela (3B, CLE) and Francisco Lindor (SS, CLE), they are not afraid to move forward if an incumbent underperforms. Now that Lonnie Chisenhall (3B, CLE) and José Ramírez (SS, CLE) have lost their jobs, Nick Swisher (DH/1B, CLE) and Michael Bourn (OF, CLE) are the biggest problems for the Indians moving forward. They are obligated to pay them $15M and $14M respectively in 2106. Based on their recent performance, their trade value is limited. Bourn has been a major disappointment.
