NL West: Should TJ Rumfield be more widely-rostered?

In our end-of-spring training answers to teams’ roster questions, we were a bit surprised that TJ Rumfield claimed the starting 1B job. Perhaps we shouldn’t have been. Rumfield looks good so far, hitting .326 in nearly 50 PA, while contributing 2 HR, 6 R, and 8 RBI. Most impressively, he seems to have control of the plate, striking out only 20% of the time (despite swinging outside the strike zone at a 32% clip) while his BB% hovers around 10%. He isn’t crushing the ball by any means, but his 41% HH% and 105 xPX show that homers are certainly in his game, but probably not a carrying tool. His BHQ QBaB score is DAa, indicating that his EV isn’t impressive, but his launch angle is ideal. Rumfield is the strong side...
