NL East: Tyler Phillips joins the best rotation in baseball

The best record in baseball coming out of the All Star Break belongs to the Philadelphia Phillies. They are also the only team with more than 60 wins at this point of the season. They've built that 62-34 record on the back of a particularly impressive starting pitching rotation. They have both the lowest ERA among starters so far this season at 3.22, while also having thrown the most innings in the National League at 555.2. Only the Seattle Mariners have had their starters throw more innings through the All Star Break.
