NL Central: Catcher takes center stage in PIT and CHI

The Pirates made a few offseason signings that haven't come fully to fruition to this point, though both will be truly tested in the next couple of weeks. The first is Aroldis Chapman (LHP, PIT), who will presumably inherit the closer role after David Bednar (RHP, PIT) hit the injured list Sunday. Chapman has been shaky for most of the season (4.23 xERA,14 K-BB%, 21 BB%), but could flip the narrative of his time in Pittsburgh with a strong run.
