NL West: Merrill, Profar provide stability in SD outfield

The unexpected performance from two unexpected players has produced stability at both positions through the first four weeks of the season. Profar, who spent the 2020-2022 seasons with the Padres and rejoined the team in September of last season after being released by the Rockies, signed a 1-year, $1 million contract with the Padres in February.
