DIVISIONAL OUTLOOK: NL West—LA giving Dee Gordon work at 2B

Mark Ellis (2B, LA) has been out since April 26 with a strained quad, and it may require a trip to the disabled list. Skip Schumaker (2B, LA) could step in and get the majority of starts against right-handers, though he was off to just a 5 for 39 start, after collapsing late in 2012 (10 for last 67).

Another option that could have a significant fantasy impact is Dee Gordon (SS, LA), who has been taking ground balls at second base recently. He has a .368 on-base-percentage in the early going, and has already stolen 12 bases. Gordon hasn't yet shown the ability to handle major league pitching, but if he does, the lack of production from the other Dodger infielders could force the team to find a spot for him, even after...
