Thumb injury shelves Keaschall for final weekend

NEWS: Minnesota placed 2B Luke Keaschall on the injured list and recalled CF DaShawn Keirsey Jr. from Triple-A St. Paul.
IMPACT: Low 
BHQ SPIN: Keaschall is expected to decide whether to get surgery on his left thumb or not. He wraps up his rookie season with a .302 BA to go with 4 HR, 28 RBI and 14 SB over 182 AB. He’ll enter 2026 as the favorite at 2B. Kody Clemens and Ryan Fitzgerald will be the ones to most likely play second during the final weekend of 2025.
