Chicago White Sox RHP Dylan Cease was recalled from Triple-A Charlotte on Wednesday, July 3, to serve as the 26th man and start against the Detroit Tigers in the first game of a doubleheader.  Source: WhiteSox.com
 
BHQ take: Following up an earlier report, the Sox recalled Cease to make his debut on July 3. He tossed five innings, giving up four hits and three earned runs. He struck out six and walked four.
