The Los Angeles Dodgers are placing SP Hyun-Jin Ryu (shoulder) on the disabled list with left shoulder inflammation Friday, May 2. Manager Don Mattingly said he doesn't think the injury is serious.  Source: MLB.com - Ken Gurnick
 
BHQ take: Ryu came out of his last start with some shoulder issues, and the inflammation apparently has yet to subside. Early reports are that LA doesn't think it's serious, but even with the retroactive DL, Ryu is likely to miss 2-3 weeks. With Clayton Kershaw returning next week, his absence buys more time for...
