BHQ take: The left-handed-hitting McCann replaces free agent Jason Castro behind the plate, where he projects to share duties with right-handed-hitting Evan Gattis. Like Gattis, McCann will also spend some time at DH, and projects a fallback option at first base, depending on where HOU positions Yulieski Gurriel and the progress (or lack thereof) of A.J. Reed. McCann still offers good low-BA power-and-patience vR, and Minute Maid Park isn’t that big a drop-off...
