NEWS Baltimore signed RHP Craig Kimbrel to a one-year contract with a team option for a second year.

BHQ SPIN: Baltimore agreed to terms with the veteran closer Kimbrel on Wednesday. Following the signing, Baltimore GM Mike Elias confirmed to reporters that the team intends to use Kimbrel as its primary closer in 2024, replacing Félix Bautista, who will miss the season after undergoing Tommy John surgery in October.
