BHQ take: Raisel Iglesias, who registered a PQS-4 in his MLB debut April 12 as Bailey's rotation replacement, has been optioned to Triple-A. He will likely return with CIN later this season. Bailey has encountered no setbacks in his recovery from forearm surgery. He has posted 90+ BPVs three straight seasons (2012-14), including his career-best 115 BPV in 2013.   —Tom Kephart
