Mets scramble to replace Soto, summon Mauricio

NEWS: The Mets placed Juan Soto on the 10-day IL and recalled Ronny Mauricio from Triple-A Syracuse.
IMPACT: High 
BHQ SPIN: While the IL placement is retroactive to April 4th, the Mets indicated that the typical time missed due to Soto’s calf injury is two to three weeks. As a result, we’ve reduced his playing time projection another 10% to 85%. At Syracuse, Mauricio was batting .273 with a homer over 36 plate appearances, but of note he only had one walk and had struck out eight times. We’ve given Mauricio a 5% playing time bump up to 20%. Mark Vientos also received a 5% bump up to 60%. Vientos’ bump comes at DH at the expense of Brett Baty, but Baty’s overall projection remains the same albeit...
