BHQ SPIN: Lowe may return as early as mid-April, but until then, the Rays may use a platoon of Richie Palacios and Amed Rosario in right field, with Palacios on the strong side. If Rosario is going to be used in the outfield against lefties, it clarifies that the platoon partner for Brandon Lowe at second base will primarily be Curtis Mead, not Rosario, at least to start the season.
