NEWS: Baltimore reinstated RHP Zach Eflin 15-Day IL and optioned RHP Colin Selby to AAA-Norfolk.

BHQ SPIN: Eflin returned to Baltimore’s rotation after being sidelined due to a lat strain. Eflin is taking the rotation spot of Charlie Morton, who is back in Baltimore’s bullpen after making a spot start last Wednesday. We had already been anticipating Eflin’s return from the IL as he wrapped up his rehab assignment, so no playing time adjustments are necessary at this time.
