Schwellenbach primed to shut down the Marlins

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: We have a full day of baseball action, starting with the White Sox at the Tigers at 1:10 pm EST. We have some rain chances in the Midwest and East Coast, but it seems we’ll avoid a postponement again. We have a lot of aces on the mound today, leaving us with two games with totals of nine or more, including a total of 9.5 in Coors.

Spencer Schwellenbach picked up where he left off in 2024 in his first start of 2025. Schwellenbach threw six shutout innings with four strikeouts versus the Padres. He takes on a Marlins team hitting .222 versus RHP to start the season, while striking out 25.3% of the time. Schwellenbach is atop today's rankings along with Max Fried with a 1.5 overall...
