Eflin home start is one of Tuesday's top-rated plays

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: Tuesday's schedule brings 15 games. The Matchup Ratings skew toward some red-number probables to avoid, but there are several palatable options for a day not loaded with top-shelf choices. Weather-wise, the Midwest has several games that could be impacted by rain. A better-than-33% chance of the wet stuff is in the forecast in Chicago (SD-CHC), Cincinnati (ARI-CIN), Cleveland (DET-CLE), Minneapolis (SEA-MIN), and Washington, D.C. (BAL-WAS). Fly-ball pitchers also may not like the forecasts: an outward-blowing breeze is expected in no less than nine venues in play.
