DOUBLE DIPPIN': September 4-10

This looks to be a fairly light week for two-start pitchers, with more teams transitioning to six-man rotations and several rotations still up in the air as of Sunday morning. Most of this week's confirmed two-steppers are universally rostered, but some will present difficult start/sit decisions for fantasy managers trying to balance ratio and counting stat categories.
