Starting pitching ERA and WHIP were down slightly this week (through Saturday's games), but it increasingly looks like we should expect baselines closer to 4.50 and 1.30 than last year's 4.05 and 1.26. Streaming two-start pitchers in this offensive environment carries danger, but also opportunity, since it should be easier to leapfrog other fantasy teams in the ratio categories this year than last.
