This week's slate features a few of the most disappointing pitchers so far in 2017, as Gerrit Cole, Julio Teheran, and Justin Verlander are all lined up for two starts. Meanwhile, it doesn't look like the best week for streaming. All of the pitchers on the first two lists below are owned in the vast majority of leagues, while the others have their warts, whether it be shaky skills, imposing matchups, or both.
