DOUBLE DIPPIN': August 3-9

With each passing day in this 2020 season comes more chaos. We saw three series cancelled this weekend due to COVID-19, leaving the Marlins and Phillies with just three games played through the season's first week and a half. There has been some schedule shuffling going on, and that includes making up the Miami-Baltimore four-game series this week, starting Tuesday. Meanwhile, we still don't know the status of the St. Louis-Detroit series that is scheduled to begin Monday.

All of this makes it extremely difficult to manage fantasy rosters, and to maintain enough depth to avoid empty spots when more games are cancelled. Projecting the two-start pitchers is tougher than ever as well, especially if trying to acquire a pitcher a week ahead...
