In Part 1 of this series, we considered the concept of the “sweet” swing. I detailed how left-handed hitters are widely considered to have “sweeter” swings than their counterparts in the opposite batters box. I also shared that recent discoveries in neuroscience and biomechanical research support why this perception is no coincidence.
