Call ’em what you want, a double-dime reliever describes a certain type of high leverage pitcher who has a path to 10 wins and 10 saves. As more and more clubs embrace the so-called “fluid bullpen” – where relievers are given roles based on the opposing hitters and game state rather than the inning – a class of pitcher has arrived who can deliver a little bit of everything for fantasy managers.
