A few ground rules: Simulation Leagues use actual statistics from the previous season to create teams you build and manage in formats like Strat-O-Matic and APBA. Game formats have recently released their ratings, so leagues begin drafting the rookie free agents that were not rostered at the beginning of the 2024 season.
