Scoresheet's player lists were released last week. For those in keeper leagues, crossover issues loom large this time of year, so we will start with the prominent crossover players before discussing defensive range adjustments.
National League
The biggest crossover name this year is Max Scherzer (RHP, WAS). In older leagues, Scherzer is a likely NL-only holdover as a keeper from his days in Arizona. Scherzer owners in NL-only leagues are thus relieved of crossover implications. In newer leagues, Scherzer should be the number one pick in NL-only spring drafts.
If Scherzer is #1, then Jon Lester (LHP, CHC) is probably #1A. Lester has spent his entire career in the AL, so he will definitely be a new addition to NL-only leagues.
