Back in 1993, in the Baseball Forecaster monthly newsletter (with the gold front page), I ran a feature that compared our projections on a group of players to those of four other touts. I did this because I wondered how we stacked up against the more well-known prognosticators—Bill James, John Benson, Alex Patton and Steve Mann. I received so much positive feedback on it (via snail mail and phone calls—this was 1993, after all) that I ran it again in 1994. And again in 1995. And 1996...
