STARTERS: Very early command sub-indicator changes

It's still way too early to put heavy stock into early-season skills, especially aggregate measures like strikeouts and walks. But looking into the components that drive them can be a helpful early-season exercise, since they contain a larger volume of data points. We call those components command sub-indicators as they have a strong correlation with the metrics that comprise a pitcher's command (K/BB) ratio.
