Let's take a look at starting pitchers who have experienced an increase or decrease in skills in each month so far this season.

While skills will vary from month to month, SPs with steadily improving or declining skills can help us identify buy-low or sell-high opportunities.

Only 18 starting pitchers have increased their BPVs in each month of this season, while the same number of SPs have seen their BPVs decrease in each month:
