ARSENAL REPORT: Offseason Tweaks

This is a new column we will be revisiting throughout the season. We will be covering changes in pitchers' arsenals throughout the season, examining pitching components such as velocity, location, spin rates and pitch usages. During the season it will be focused on substantial changes that pitchers have made over stretches of appearances that may impact their performances for the rest of the season. This type of analysis can be very useful for fantasy owners to evaluate the validity of changes in performance in-season or to help predict future changes in value, but this is not an explicit "buy or sell" column. Rather, it is intended to highlight attributes to monitor when making transaction decisions about pitchers.
