RELIEVERS: 2013 Sleepers

This week, this column goes for sleepers. That is, relievers under a dollar with significant skills upside. Some of these have been discussed the past couple weeks in this column—their names bear repeating. Others fit this criteria and could have a significant impact on the season but are not necessarily LIMA "A" grades for other reasons. If you want to take a risk on a guy who might produce big, remember these ten names. Starting with five from the AL:

                   IP Dom Cmd hr/9 xERA G/F BPV
==============    ===  ==== ==== ====  ====  =====  ===
Tazawa (BOS)       58   8.8  3.8  0.6  3.11  51/26  125
Capps (SEA)        65  10.4  3.4  0.7  3.29  39/36  121
Slama (MIN)        44   9.4  1.8  0.2  3.58   —-   ...
