F/F SPOTLIGHT: Randall Delgado

It’s not often that we shine the F/F spotlight on a pitcher who is not even part of his team’s current starting rotation.

Such is the case with Randall Delgado (RHP, ARI). After getting a look in ARI’s rotation a few weeks ago, he has gone back to a long-relief role.

In many leagues, this news would be reason to dump or avoid him. But it actually presents a more attractive buying opportunity, since you’ll be able to get him for nothing, and a closer look reveals that he has made some legitimate gains so far in 2017.
