"Can Joe Musgrove (RHP, PIT) reach new heights?"

The question was posed in Greg Pyron's always-excellent Facts/Flukes column on the 27-year-old back in January. Musgrove was a popular "sleeper" in spring drafts, and for good reason. He's one of just 21 starting pitchers (min. 100 IP) with a 115+ BPV in each of the last two seasons. And he's the only one of those 21 arms not to post a sub-4.00 ERA either year.
