F/F SPOTLIGHT: Brandon Marsh

Brandon Marsh (OF, PHI) was selected by the Los Angeles Angels in the 2nd round of the 2016 MLB amateur draft out of Buford High School (Buford, GA). He first appeared on our Angels Organization Report in 2017 with an 8E rating and ranked as the team’s 7th best prospect. His final appearance in the yearly report came in 2021, when he ranked 2nd with an 8B rating. That same year, he ascended to 56th on our HQ100. He ultimately made his MLB debut on July 18, 2021 at the age of 23.

Marsh compiled a .239 BA, 10 HR, 14 SB, and 61% ct% in 583 lifetime PA with the Angels before an August 2, 2022 trade sent him to the Phillies. He went on to sport a .288 BA with 3 HR, 2 SB, and 69% ct% in 138 PA with the Phillies over the final two months of...
