Strasburg still elite … There has never been a question about Stephen Strasburg’s (RHP, WAS) talent, but injuries have been a bugaboo, limiting him to just one season of more than 183 IP (215 IP in 2014). Aside from one brief stint on the disabled list, he has been able to stay healthy and put up big numbers so far in 2016. Can he keep it up?
