Can Quintana sustain Dom boost? … José Quintana (LHP, CHC) was remarkably consistent from 2013-16, posting a combined 3.35 ERA while averaging 204 IP per season. However, his ERA rose from 3.20 in 2016 to 4.15 in 2017, despite a career-best strikeout rate. What’s going on here?
