Age is nothing but a number for Ortiz ...  It's amazing to think of all the times pundits (us included) were wrong about David Ortiz's (DH, BOS) inevitable decline. At age 38 in 2013, he displayed skills reminiscent of a time when the Red Sox were still a band of "idiots." Skeptical drafters will of course be wary of signs of decline—but do they exist?
