Chen finishing strong... There are a lot of interesting baseball stories coming out of Baltimore these days, but the quiet breakout performance of Wei-Yin Chen (LHP, BAL) is one that continues to fly under the radar. Chen's numbers in Japan suggested he would be a finesse lefty with low MLB upside, but he is proving to be a sturdy anchor in the Orioles rotation during this improbable pennant chase:
