Bregman packs on pounds and power...The 2nd pick in the 2015 draft, Alex Bregman (3B, HOU), was highly regarded for his superb plate discipline and hit tool, but after packing on 20 lbs of muscle over the winter, he posted a .559 SLG% at double-A, and then a .641 SLG% at triple-A, before being summoned to the majors in late July.
