Strasburg’s skills still ace-worthy …Stephen Strasburg's (RHP, WAS) middling return so far ($16 in roto value through 11 starts) is not quite what those that selected him the first round of drafts in March had in mind. Is there hope for a bigger return for the balance of the season?
