FACTS/ FLUKES: Stanton, Kelly, LaRoche, Martin

Stanton's season goes south ... Only his health and a woeful Marlins lineup seemed to stand between Giancarlo Stanton (OF, MIA) and a 40-HR, 100-RBI line this season.  And as we enter September, it appears both were genuine concerns. A hamstring pull a month into the season and a lack of a supporting cast seem to have taken a toll on the slugger, who would need to finish with a flurry to reach just 25 HRs.
