BATTERS: None on/runners on splits, 2018

One approach to identify potential BA, HR and RBI surgers is to split their skills and analyze the extremes to determine if they could be a tweak away from finishing strong. Looking at a batter's stats and skills with the bases empty compared to with runners on base is one way to do this.

Let's start by setting some performance baselines in these two scenarios.
