Comments: Dynamic hurler missed all of 2017 with Tommy John surgery, but should be ready by spring. Double plus fastball sits in the mid-to-upper 90s and tops out at 102 mph. Plus 12-6 power curve gives him the tools to dominate, but change-up needs to improve for him to reach his potential as a #1 starter. If not, can still dominate as a shut-down...
