MINORS: A Tour of the Midwest League

There are many reasons why living in the Midwest is rather enjoyable—Big Ten athletics, good people, decent cost of living. One of my favorites, though, is the presence of the Low-A Midwest League. As I am within two hours of several MWL clubs, I have the opportunity to see many prospects who appear on top prospect lists. This column will give a snapshot of some of those top players who are—or were—on Midwest League rosters, as well as notes on some who may not receive nearly as much ink.
