MINORS: September call-ups with impact potential

As big league clubs prepare to expand their rosters, we take a look at potential September call-ups with enough upside to make a fantasy impact. Unfortunately, many elite prospects have already been called up and have been snapped up in most leagues. Of our pre-season top twenty prospects, eleven are already in the majors, two are out with injury, and three more are most likely too young to be called-up. That leaves just four of our top twenty as potential impact call-ups.
