MINORS: Ranking the prospects from 2021 trade season

I liken the MLB trade deadline, especially now that there isn’t the ability to complete trades via waivers in August and September, as Christmas in July for Fantasy dynasty/keeper managers. The shift in players between teams and leagues can literally put your team on track for a championship. It can also have adverse effects on your roster too, especially if you are playing in an AL only or NL only format.

This year’s trade deadline had much more movement than previous years, which means more prospects to talk about. Because of the shortened pandemic season last year, the trade deadline was in August and was much harder to evaluate since we didn’t see most of those prospects play anywhere last season. There...
