MINORS: The Eyes have it—Prospect Notebook

Admittedly, I haven't been to the ballpark lately. For starters, July has been a terrible month for coverage at my local haunts of Chattanooga (Southern League) and Rome (South Atlantic League). It's also been a terrible weather month too, raining out two of my scheduled dates while also preventing me from getting up to Chattanooga to see White Sox prospect RHP Dylan Cease because the road to I-75 was flooded. Throw in a work conference for my day job that prevented me from attending the Futures Game and rehearsals for Young Frankenstein (Opening this Friday in Dalton, GA), Wednesday's Pensacola-Chattanooga game, featuring Reds prospects Jose Siri, Tony Santillan and Shed Long, was my 1st game in 3 weeks. Luckily, I've seen so much...
