The Eyes Have It scouting reports based off live looks will be limited over the next two or three articles since I haven’t completed looks at several prospects, including Greg Jones (SS, TAM), Blake Hunt (C, TAM), Jose Garcia (SS, CIN), and others. Until then, I’m hitting the video hard, looking at several prospects from organizations I don’t have regular in-person coverage of. Today, we’ll look at a prospect on the cusp of his MLB debut, Jhoan Duran (RHP, MIN), and a prospect who popped up in the first month of the season, Luis Frías (RHP, ARI).
