In today’s Eyes Have it article, I’m finishing up my series from my Florida utilizing the old familiar format of emptying my scouting notebook. It includes some high-profile names, like Colin Cowser (OF, BAL), who I got an abbreviated (yet productive) look at in a game suspended by rain.
