How about that first half of the season? Seemingly, more HQ100 prospects were called up than ever. While many sunk and headed back to the minors, others have have swum, including Mariners all-star OF Julio Rodríguez and Orioles C Adley Rutchsman. We’ve let things settle a bit and our Minors team has re-emerged, re-ranking our Top 50 players for fantasy purposes in hopes you can find some hidden value in keeper and dynasty leagues.
