MINORS: 2013 top RP prospects

This week we continue our annual review of the top prospects in baseball by position, focusing on relief pitchers. Projecting dollar values for relief pitching prospects can be a difficult task. It isn't often that a big league club designates a rookie as closer—or even prominent set-up man—prior to the spring training. Of course, there are several legitimate prospects in this group, however, they may not provide much fantasy value.

Additionally, a number of future closers may currently be starting pitchers in their organizations. Only one prospect reliever—Bruce Rondon—was listed in the HQ100 and he was ranked #95. The relief pitchers on the below lists reflect pitchers who are currently bullpen arms and project to stay in that role....
